  • Automatic configuration: Credentials are automatically configured
  • Secure: Uses Meta's official authentication system
  • Full functionality: Unlocks all nodes and features

Quick Overview:

  1. Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp Configuration
  2. Click Connect with Facebook
  3. Complete Meta's embedded signup flow
  4. FlowBot automatically configures everything
  5. Start using WhatsApp features immediately!

Manual Setup

Manual setup gives you full control over your WhatsApp Business API credentials. This method is recommended for advanced users who want to manage their own tokens and have specific requirements.

Advantages:

  • Full control: Manage your own credentials
  • Custom configuration: Set up tokens exactly as you need
  • Advanced users: Perfect for teams with existing Meta infrastructure

Requirements:

  • A verified WhatsApp Business Account
  • Access to Meta Business Manager
  • Technical knowledge of WhatsApp Business API

Security

Both methods are secure and use Meta's official APIs:

  • Embed Setup: Uses Meta's OAuth flow with secure token exchange
  • Manual Setup: You manage tokens directly with Meta's security best practices

Node Access

Both setup methods provide full access to all FlowBot features:

  • All message nodes
  • All integration nodes
  • Workflow builder features
  • AI agents
  • WhatsApp Flows and Templates
